The Story of My Career Life

(Well, a small part of it ...)

For easier reading I changed my name in the story to Jane ;-)

In the world of loyalty solutions and data analytics, a Senior Business Consultant named Jane Doe embarked on an impressive journey with Aimia Inc. from December 2012 to January 2017. Her expertise in customer‑centric consulting for Migros departments such as Category Management, Business Intelligence, and Marketing delivered valuable insights and strategic recommendations. Jane’s ability to identify continuous process improvements and seize business development opportunities made her a sought‑after partner. She even designed a data‑insights training concept and shared her knowledge with stakeholders across the Migros group.

Following this chapter, Jane joined Loylogic from February 2017 to July 2021. As Head of the Project Delivery Office, she established a new department and implemented company‑wide project delivery standards. Under her leadership, end‑to‑end project management flourished, spanning catalogue management, sourcing, technology, testing, legal, analytics, and finance. She also played a central role in scaling Loylogic’s B2B SaaS and White‑Label solutions to support global growth and meet the needs of international brands.

In her subsequent role as Director of Client Services (September 2018 to January 2020), she led cross‑functional teams across Customer Engagement, Project Management, Process & Organization, Marketing and Customer Support. She managed P&L, performance reviews, customer satisfaction, account growth and profitability at the highest level. Her leadership in loyalty initiatives for global brands and her success in developing and mentoring teams left a lasting impression. She was also instrumental in further scaling Loylogic’s SaaS and White‑Label offering, driving innovation and growth.

Beekeeper was her next adventure, from August 2021 to May 2022. As Head of Customer Success EMEA Enterprise, she established new enterprise processes, drove onboarding, change management, strategy sessions and performance reviews – ensuring a seamless customer journey. Her strategic account planning and dedication to customer experience led to growth through gross renewals and net retention improvements. She also contributed significantly to scaling Beekeeper’s B2B SaaS platform to meet the needs of large international customers and frontline teams. This chapter ended unexpectedly when, due to a reorganisation, her position was one of 20 roles made redundant.

From July 2022 to May 2023 Jane worked at UTL AG, a railway company operating across the DACH region. As freelance Project Manager she led strategic and operational initiatives, analysed processes, identified improvement opportunities and drove change throughout the organisation. This period was also personally challenging, as she accompanied her seriously ill sister during the final phase of her life – a testament to Jane’s resilience and empathy.

In August 2023 she joined Arbico as Business Consultant & Project Manager for public administration and police informatics. She led digitalisation projects, analysed business processes, supported complex tenders and system rollouts, and contributed to shaping new areas of expertise. However, due to declining project volumes and company downsizing, her position was also made redundant after one year.

Jane’s professional journey has always been driven by a relentless desire to expand her knowledge and skills. Her academic path includes a CAS in Business Impact, a Master’s in Business Process Engineering and a Bachelor’s in International Business & Languages.

In addition to her professional achievements, Jane speaks fluent Dutch, German, Swiss German and English, with working knowledge of other languages, and is highly proficient in a wide range of IT tools and platforms.

Now Jane stands at the beginning of her next and perhaps most important chapter: she is seeking a position that brings together her strengths – strategic thinking, operational excellence, empathy in customer engagement and team leadership – in a role where she can create long‑term impact and success.

Jane’s journey so far has been marked by achievements, challenges and moments of genuine humanity. Each chapter has left an indelible mark on the businesses, customers and colleagues she has worked with. This is not the end of the story, but the promising start of a new chapter in the chronicles of Jane Doe.
